User Permissions
Not everyone needs to see the money. In HighLevel, you can restrict user access granularly.
Common Roles
- Admin: Can see and edit everything (Settings, Billing, Staff).
- User: Can only see leads assigned to them + general tools. Cannot delete campaigns or export contacts (critical security).
Data Privacy
You can set a user to "Only see assigned data". If you have 5 sales reps, Rep A will NEVER see Rep B's leads. This prevents lead theft.
