Sending Data Out
Sometimes you need to send a lead to a Google Sheet, a Slack channel, or another software. A "Webhook" is how you do that.
Usage in Workflows
Add a "Webhook" action step. Paste the URL from Zapier or Make.com. HighLevel will POST all the contact data to that URL instantly.
Inbound Webhooks
You can also create "Premium Actions" to catch webhooks coming IN from other tools to update a contact.
