Two Worlds: Agency vs. Sub-Account

One of the most confusing things for new users is the distinction between the Agency Dashboard and the Sub-Account Dashboard.

1. The Agency Dashboard

This is your "God Mode". Here you manage:

This is where the actual work happens. Each client you sign up gets their own Sub-Account. Inside here, you find:

The "Launchpad"

When you first create a sub-account, start at the Launchpad. It's a checklist designed to get the account ready fast:

  1. Download the mobile app.
  2. Connect Google Business Profile (for reviews).
  3. Connect Facebook (for ads and messaging).
  4. Connect Stripe (to take payments).
  5. Add team members.
