UTM Parameters are Key
HighLevel's reporting is powerful, but it relies on data. You MUST use UTM parameters (Source, Medium, Campaign) in your ad links.
Attribution Models
- First Click: Credits the huge sale to the very first tweet they saw 6 months ago.
- Last Click: Credits the sale to the "Retargeting Ad" they clicked today.
- All Interactions: Splits the credit.
By connecting your Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts in Settings > Integrations, HighLevel pulls in the "Spend" data and matches it with the "Revenue" in your Opportunity pipeline to calculate true ROAS.
