What is a Trigger Link?
It's a tracked link that fires a workflow when clicked. It looks like a normal URL (e.g., to a PDF or a booking page).
Use Cases
- Unsubscribe: "Click here to unsubscribe." → Workflow: Add tag "Unsubscribed", remove from all lists.
- Interest Tagging: "Click here to see our premium plan." → Workflow: Add tag "Lead: Premium Interest", notify sales team.
