If you've used Trello or Pipedrive, you know the drill. Pipelines give you a visual board of where every lead is in the sales process.
Stages
A typical pipeline might have these stages:
- New Lead
- Hot Lead (Replied)
- Booking Requested
- Booking Confirmed
- No Show
- Sold / Closed Won
Opportunities
An "Opportunity" is a card in the pipeline. It represents a person (Contact) and a potential value ($).
Example: John Smith | $2,000 value.
Automation Magic
You can automate stage movements.
If a user books a call → Move Opportunity card to "Booking Confirmed" stage → Notify
Sales Team.
