Capturing the Lead
Before you can automate anything, you need data. Forms and Surveys are how you get it.
Forms
Basic data collection: Name, Email, Phone. Perfect for newsletter signups, "Get a Quote" popups, and simple lead magnets.
Surveys (Conditional Logic)
Surveys are smarter. They allow for pagination (one question at a time) and Conditional Logic.
Example: Question 1: "Do you own a home?"
- If YES → Go to Question 2: "How old is your roof?"
- If NO → Disqualify lead and send to "Renters" page.
Sticky Contact
Always enable "Sticky Contact" on your forms. This remembers the user's data from previous visits (using cookies) so they don't have to re-type their phone number. It increases conversion rates significantly.
